This talk deconstructs a series of high-impact Red Team operations where we achieved total enterprise compromise without ever needing to drop a custom binary or fight an EDR. Instead of fighting the defenses, we became the defenders. We call this Administrative Living-off-the-Land (ALotL): the art of moving through an organization by abusing the very trust chains meant to secure it.
We will trace the domino effect of a real-world operation, starting from a quiet foothold in a CI/CD runner. You will see how we pivoted through IAM workflows, hijacked cloud control planes, and ultimately turned the organization's own security tooling against them. By the time we reached Domain Admin, our footprint was indistinguishable from a busy Monday morning for a DevOps engineer.
The uncomfortable reality? When an attacker's actions are 100% legitimate administrative API calls, "detection" becomes a philosophical question of intent rather than a technical one of telemetry.
